The T&Cs are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and you agree to irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Singapore.

Billiona Enterprise strives, to the fullest extent possible, to provide accurate and updated content on this website. Unfortunately, there may occasionally be changes such as sold out/discontinued goods and other unintentional errors on our site. Our products may also vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible. We reserve the right not to be liable for these errors or changes and neither Billiona Enterprise, nor any employee or representative of Billiona Enterprise will be liable for damages arising from the use of this website or the products featured here.
